We do not accept returns on installed items, or electrical components.
New, Uninstalled/Undamaged Items (non-electrical) may be returned for a 30% restocking fee, if within 30 days of purchase.

All orders placed on the website will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We do not generate shipping labels prior to shipping. You will receive tracking through your Paypal email (provided at checkout) once your package has shipped. We try to ship Mon-Thurs and sometimes on Fridays, we try to spend all day Friday in the shop away from the computer however.
