Description

Designed for 1st Gen 4Runners, this Bumper is built from .120″ Wall DOM Tubing, and 3/8″ Steel Plate for strength and durability.

*Available with or without a 2″ Receiver for accessories such as Cooler Racks, Bike Racks, etc.

*Reinforced Recovery Mounts for use with 3/4″ Shackles

I created a Modular Chassis Mount for this Bumper to allow for body height variations when using a body lift.  Should your build change – instead of an all new bumper to accommodate, just change the Chassis Mount.   This is a nice variation from other bumpers on the market.

For those of you who don’t want to cut or modify the bodywork, such as the OEM Bumper Mounts and Mud Flap Mounts – this design works around all of those things and they can stay intact.  Your OEM Bumper Mounts already gone?  Doesn’t matter, you don’t need em for this design.  You can leave those mounts intact and always return to Stock should you want to maintain the Originality and Value of your 1st Gen 4Runner.

The Modular Chassis Mount design also allows the bumper to be braced diagonally to the outermost exterior tubing unlike many others.  no extra welding to your chassis, cutting the body for clearance, etc.  This is a 100% Bolt-On Setup

You can gain a lot of clearance for your exhaust system as well, should you want to do that.  This design does work with OEM Exhaust Hanger location either way.
