I can’t say how much this single tool has helped me over the years for wiring jobs.  No more melted wires, waiting for the soldering iron to get hot enough, its dang near instant! Excellent Solder Joints every time. I used to totally avoid wiring up a bike or custom build until the last minute, not knowing how good it could be with the proper tools.  Need to fix a circuit board, replace a resistor, etc? This thing kicks ass… Not trying to be a salesman, just trying to help ANYONE who has ever had a frustrating solder job at hand…

I have used this soldering station for the last year for both intricate PCB electronics and larger gauge soldering and have found it stable, quick to heat and accurate. I use two different types of solder and require the quick temperature variability a blessing and that sharp tip puts heat exactly where i need it. The blue iron holder is just the right angle and doesn’t cool the iron in the least and the entire housing remains cool to the touch – helping me not worry about setting anything near it (like my solder rolls). I would recommend this kit highly to anyone for their electric and electronic needs.
